Pre K Registration for 2010 / 2011 is the week of  March 1 - 5, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. each day. Students must be 4 years of age on or before September 1, 2010. In order to register a child the parent must provide the following documentation:
1. Certificate of birth 2. Social security card 3. Certificate of  immunization -Georgia form 3231  4. Certificate of eye, ear and dental exam 5. 2 proofs of residence ( cell bills will not be accepted). Because Georgia's Pre-K  program is funded by the state lottery a class of 20 students will be formed by drawing names of the students with completed registration information.  The remaining names with completed registration will be placed on waiting list in the order they are drawn. Parents will be notified before the end of March.
