Congratulations to Mrs. Bennett and Ms. Bankston’s Kindergarten class for winning our Boom Boom Bingo🎵🎤❤️ Your class rocked it and earned a well-deserved popcorn party! All month long, we had a blast playing music from legendary Black musicians and entertainers while teachers marked off their Bingo cards with each clue. What an exciting way to introduce our scholars to these iconic figures🎤🎶❤️ Great job, scholars—keep shining and learning!

🐅🤎🦓We were really W҉I҉L҉D҉ about reading on Wednesday! Scholars and staff showed their 𝓵𝓸𝓿𝓮 for books by dressing in animal print and diving into 𝑔𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑡 stories during lunch. Keep ℝ𝕆𝔸ℝ𝕀ℕ𝔾 for reading!🐆🖤🦒

GSCS is hosting a Classified Employee Job Fair on Thursday, Feb. 27, at 277 E. Poplar St. from 3-5 p.m. If you are interested in school nutrition, maintenance, transportation and more, please attend!

Pre-K Families, Get Ready! GSCS Pre-K registration for the 2025-26 school year will be held February 24-March 14. Students must be 4 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2025, to be eligible. Free EED Screenings will be held on February 26.
